What is your return policy?

We love each and every toy we bring into the store and are confident that our customers will too! If by off chance, you are not fully satisfied with you toy and would like to return, we will provide you with a free return label.  Please email kate@gingerbreadhousetoys.com

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?

We currently are unable to ship to these locations. Hopefully we will soon!

What if I need to return something?

Please let us know at kate@gingerbreadhousetoys.com and we will help you take care of it! Our goal is for you and the child to be happy. We are in this together!

Will I pay taxes on my order?

We currently charge state-specific tax on all orders shipped to Illinois.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the VERY unlikely event that your toys arrive not 100%, please let us know and we will replace or refund you to your original form of payment.
